How is the Userlens AI Health Score different than a typical health score?
Userlens' health score is AI prompt based. In other words: you can verbalize in plain language what pattern indicates healthy or churn signals, and AI will then identify the health status based on your description.
After that, Userlens will automatically calculate every account for you daily. If an account shows concerning data, you get alerted (for example, via Slack) so you can take action immediately.
